The name F&M simply comes from us — Fergus & Miztli.
While Fergus is out doing what he does best, keeping homes and gardens in great shape, Miztli works behind the scenes making sure every customer has a smooth experience from first enquiry to completed job.

Fergus is the heart of F&M and the person you'll see carrying out the work.
With a practical mindset, an eye for detail and a genuine love of solving problems, he enjoys everything from repairing and improving homes to transforming outdoor spaces.
No two days are ever the same—and that's exactly how he likes it. Whether he's hanging doors, decorating a room, repairing fencing, pressure washing a patio or tackling a long list of odd jobs, Fergus approaches every project with care, professionalism and pride.

Miztli looks after customer enquiries, bookings, quotations, scheduling, invoicing, marketing and day-to-day operations, making sure every customer enjoys a professional experience from the first phone call through to the final invoice.
With a background in operations, communications and community wellbeing, she's passionate about delivering the kind of customer service that keeps people coming back and recommending F&M to friends and family.
